Christmas is now over. On too cooking. I am making stock today for some recipes I'm testing. Chicken stock in a can is loaded with salt so I always make my own. Takes all day but once it's in the pot, you just wait. So I think it's worth it to make your own. I have beef already in the freezer. I freeze 1/2 cup containers and just defrost when I need some.
